It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that Sendmail and Webmin are properly installed
and configured prior to installing Virtualmail.
It is also assumed that the buyer has sufficient permissions to edit necessary files and
directories to include but not limited to /etc/passwd and /etc/group, by adding users and
or groups to the system.
